Role Model was founded by Danielle Ragenard to bring a more considered and structured approach to how talent is developed, supported, and sustained over time.
With experience spanning early development through to established careers, Role Model works in close collaboration with agencies, alongside talent, creatives, and organisations, to strengthen how talent is identified, positioned, and guided at each stage.
This includes working closely with emerging and younger talent, as well as their parents or guardians, providing clear guidance, transparency, and support at formative stages where informed decision-making is essential.
As the industry continues to evolve, with new pathways emerging and expectations shifting, talent is navigating
increasingly complex environments.
Role Model exists to complement existing agency structures, offering an additional layer of perspective, continuity, and support across key moments, By working in partnership with both talent and the teams around them.
